Recipe: espresso chocolate sauce



serves 2
preparation
time: 20 minutes
you will need:

juice of 2 oranges
zest of 1 orange
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 tablespoons espresso
75 g Organic Dark Chocolate, roughly chopped

salt and pepper

 
here’s how:

 

  • Bring the orange juice to the boil and add the orange zest. Allow to boil for 5 minutes, add the ginger and espresso and allow to cool slightly.
  • Add the chocolate and whisk lightly until all the chocolate has melted.
  • Season well with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with duck or venison
