Recipe: Rome Espresso Coated Fillet Steak:



Fillet coated in Sprada Rome Espresso:

Ingredients

  • 340gm x 2 Fillet Steak
  • 6 Tbs. ground Sprada Rome Espresso
  • 2 cups Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 2 tps. Salt
  • 1 tps  garlic
  • 1 tps onion powder
  • 1 tps black pepper
  • 1 tps cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch paprika


Trim away any surplus fat. Cover with cling wrap and flatten with a mallet to 2cm thickness.  Place meat in a container cover with wine and leave for several hours.  In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients including the Sprada Rome espresso.  Once the fillet has marinated for a few hours place it in the dry ingredients and coat liberally.

Grill each side of the steak for to your perfection. Enjoy.
