Recipe: Ginger Coffee

Ginger Coffee:

Ingredients: (4 people)

4 tablespoons ground coffee

1 pinch of ginger

4 teaspoons honey

4 teaspoons cream

Preparation:

Mix the coffee with the ginger and prepare a short coffee.  Add honey to the cups. Pour the coffee over the honey and decorate with cream.

Honey Coffee:

Ingredients: (4 people)

4 tablespoons ground coffee

2 sticks cinnamon

Honey

Preparation:

Prepare 1 cup of regular coffee. Place two teaspoons honey and half a stick cinnamon in each glass.  Pour the very hot coffee into the glasses.
