Champion's Choice Blend

Our South African National Barista Champion, who represented South Africa at the World Championships in Atlanta 2009, created the Champion’s Choice blend. He used this blend during the course of the competition with great acclaim.

The Champion’s Choice is a dark roast, 100% Arabica with a Brazilian and African coffee blend.  Well suited for espressos and cappuccinos.

Complex flavours with overlapping textures of sweet, bitter, thick, spicy, chocolaty, creamy and bursting with smoky pungent aromas. Well balanced acidity, smooth and full-bodied

Our newer blend is an appealing combination of Arabica from Ethiopia and Kenya with Robusta from Cameroon.

A darker-roasted mix of Arabica and Robusta as rich and pleasing as the caffeinated version. It has been steam decaffeinated to maximise flavour and aroma.
